· Develop several inter-related Workflow applications to digitize the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) processes

· Developed a common navigation point for accessing all related databases, including the ability to “browse” to any PSM related information

· Redesigned the Management of Change Workflow to allow for customer modification without the need for design changes

· Designed a central Action Item database as the workhorse of the change process. The Action Item Database being separate from the Change and Process documents enabled the document repositories to remain dedicated and not get overloaded with the work-related documentation.

Applications Developer

· Designed Security related workflow applications for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SIR & SAR)

· Developed a Security Incident Reporting (SIR) application that provided criticality-based notification, Incident types and a tabbed interface for additional information.

· Redesigned and Developed a Security Access Request (SAR) workflow application to ensure proper authorizations and implementation processes were performed. Also included were the formulation of a MasterApprover role and an Access Revocation process, by request and automatically when a temporary request expired.

· Modified the Home Office Notification (HON) application to correct user interface bugs and expand the application functionality to meet the client’s specification document. HON is a Sales Force Automation & Customer Relationship Management application that allows the sporadically connected sales force, with Notes Clients, to have access to functions available in the primary Client Maintenance Utility. HON consolidates data from the customer master databases on the Mainframe and in Oracle via LEI and then pushes changes back to Oracle.

IBM, Tuscaloosa, AL (Nov 2003 – Aug 2004)

Lotus Notes System Specialist

· Designed and Developed an Online IT Services Request (ITSR) application in Notes/Domino for use on MBUSI’s Intranet (Mercedes Benz US International). The Application allowed an Anonymous Intranet User, using Internet Explorer, to request IT Services. The workflow tracked the request’s approval from their manager, then from the IT Manager and finally being electronically entered via SMTP into IBM’s ManageNow Problem Ticketing system for tracking and resolution.

· ITSR provided the requesting user with the standard corporate intranet look-and-feel, utilizing JavaScript and CSS, while allowing them to search for their manager’s name in the global DaimlerChrysler corporate directory.

· The application had been requested from IBM for 2 years. I completed the initial application design in 3 months and the complete version in 8 months.

· ITSR utilized JavaScript, CSS & HTML, LotusScript and @Formulas.

· Lotus Notes User Administration & client support, troubleshooting eMail issues, calendaring, appointments, meeting reservations, ToDo’s, client hardware, configuration and Palm device synchronization problems

· PalmOS device installations and synchronizations to Lotus Notes via Intellisync and EasySync.

City of Homewood, Homewood, AL (Oct 2002 – Nov 2003)

Consultant, Lotus Notes Administration and Development

· Developed the mail user migration methodology, managed and administered the migration and consolidation of 5000 Xpedx Lotus Notes users from 12 disparate Domino servers onto new 3 partitioned Domino servers in the Southwind datacenter

· Developed the application process whereby the user was engaged in the mail move and was empowered to initiate the migration by pressing a “button” sent to them in an eMail. The button-script, finalized the mail move process by adjusting the user’s location documents and workspace to direct them to their newly created replica on the new server. The script also recorded which users had executed the migration and a further clean-up process gathered the stragglers

· Assisted the mail migration process by troubleshooting individual client configurations and making adjustments to ensure proper operation.

· Developed server agent code to re-insert the Administrator group into the Access Control List of mail files where it had been removed, thus enabling those users to be migrated.
